Beautycounter Protect Sunscreen SPF 30 Review
I've been using Beautycounter Protect Broad Spectrum SPF 30 All Over Sunscreen Lotion and Stick for most of this year. They were the first Beautycounter products I tried and purchased before becoming a consultant. I like them a lot and highly recommend them. Keep reading for a detailed review of each product.

Let's Talk Details
The Application This stuff is really emollient, like a luxurious body cream. It smoothes on easily and doesn't clog pores or make your face super white. It absorbs quickly and doesn't require a ton of rubbing.
The Scent No added fragrance, just the clean natural scent provided by blood orange extract and aloe. I love that this stuff doesn't make you smell like a lifeguard!
The Results Dewy, protected skin.I admit I haven't taken a Hawaiian vacation any time lately so I can't attest to how water-resistant this stuff truly is or how it stands up to prolonged swimming. But as an everyday sunscreen it's a keeper!

Final Thoughts
The product lives up to it's claims, and most people I've given samples to have loved it and purchased some for their families. My tube is running out and I will definitely repurchase. I was so relieved to find a safer physical sunscreen that doesn't smell like sunscreen and goes on smoothly that I didn't really care about the price. But I do admit that the price tag does seem a little steep, especially for anyone used to cheap drugstore sunscreens. Find a Beautycounter rep in your area and try it out first if you're skeptical!

Let's Talk Details
The Application It's like a little deodorant stick of handy sun protection. The product glides on smoothly and easily and doesn't have to be rubbed in. A thin layer is super sheer. A thick layer definitely feels a little bit tacky.
The Scent Again, Beautycounter products are scented only by their natural ingredients. This one has a touted "sweet tooth" smell that mainly derives from the cocoa butter and vanilla extract. I don't personally enjoy the scent very much, but it is subtle and fades with wear.
The Results Easy, one-handed, mess-free sun protection in a little tube. I've been keeping this handy at weddings and outdoor festivals to re-up the sun protection on my nose and shoulders.

A safe, clean, handy sunblock stick for all ages. I only wish it also smelled like blood orange...
