*Please Note: as outlined in your contract and by law, the photographer owns the rights to all photos taken. Photographer retains the rights to use photos for marketing and PR (website, social media, etc.) at their discretion, but is not able to sell images without client permission. Client is technically receiving a Standard License to, in essence, borrow the photos for your own personal uses. Client may not sell images (to stock photo sites, or to online/print publications) without Photographer’s explicit written permission and an additional fee.
If you want to control Photographer’s use of your images, additional packages apply and start at $100 (to post-pone social media posting of your photos for one month) and goes up to $2,500 (to buy the exclusive photo rights)*
