When I began my road to healing years ago, it began with reading. I first started hearing about personal development and began learning about meditation and mindset shifting practices. I was attracted to certain books that resonated with my deep desire to change my learned negative mental patterns. Inexpensive books felt accessible to me when therapy and mentors were not affordable or available. These books are widely available in print and for digital devices.
