White Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad Recipe
Summer months, late sunsets and warm weather: all make for some great eating atmosphere. One of my favorite new discoveries is a salad variation of Tabbouleh, the delicious and refreshing traditional Middle Eastern side dish. Say tabbouleh with me now: "tah-boo-lee". This version uses protein-rich white quinoa instead of bulgur, leaves out onions, and can be served warm or cold.
