Meal Planning Master List

IMG_5619I recently did a deep clean of the fridge, which always means an extra satisfying grocery shop is needed. As I gear up to make another week's healthy clean eating meal plan, I decided to make a master list instead. A bigger list that I can refer to when making weekly meal plans when I'm feeling uninspired or don't have the time and energy to research new recipes. I managed seven unique breakfasts and twenty lunch/dinners. I hope the list comes in handy for you, too! 

FILLING BREAKFASTS
